Privacy
Short version: this site collects nothing automatically; the only data we receive is what you type into the contact form or the signup form.
What this site does
No behavioural analytics. No cookies on the marketing page. No third-party scripts beyond the Google Fonts request needed to load the typeface.
Sign-up + contact
When you sign up or write to us, we receive the name, email, company (if you provided one), and any message you typed. Contact emails are delivered to us via Resend; signup creates an account in our database. We don't share what you send with anyone, don't add you to a marketing list, and don't pass your address to a sales-tooling vendor.
The product itself
The Execution Layer product (back-office + tablet) is a separate
matter from this marketing page. Its on-site tablet captures no per-person identity on phase events — this is
structural, documented in ADR-0001 (preserved by ADR-0005), and not configurable.
Export and delete your data
Signed-up Tenants can export and delete their data directly from
Settings → Data & deletion inside the
back-office app. "Export your data" downloads a JSON dump of every
Project, phase event, user, catalog entry, and audit row owned by
your Tenant. "Delete account" permanently wipes the same set after
a type-the-company-name confirmation; it cannot be undone, and is
intentionally separate from cancelling a paid subscription (see
ADR-0009).
